POLICIES
USE – All Pricing is based on PRIVATE USE on PRIVATE PROPERTY. Publicly placed rentals may require additional insurance or permits. Please call our agents for more information.
AGREEMENT – All rentals require a completed rental agreement that you will need to read, sign and return with deposit. The agreement will include a Hold Harmless Agreement that you must also sign. If you are picking up your rental, we will provide you with instructions for use and safety rules to follow.
DEPOSIT – Upon making a reservation, you will be required to pay a $25 (per item) non-refundable deposit (cash or Credit Card only, no checks). (Deposit for inflatables is $75) The deposit HOLDS your equipment for your event. The deposit must be received within seven (7) days to confirm
your reservation.
METHOD OF PAYMENT – All Rentals require CASH or CREDIT CARDS. We accept
VISA/MC/Credit/Debit and Deposits through PAYPAL. Sorry no personal checks.
Payment is required (In full) prior to any drop offs or pick ups.
SPACE REQUIRED - Proper planning will ensure that your rental will operate safely and efficiently. Please refer to the space dimensions listed next to each rental. The standard size of our Bouncers is approximately 13’x13’ and these fit comfortably on most backyard lawns or two car driveways.
ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS – Please make sure that you have an 110v 20amp circuit to power EACH air blower. We’ll bring up to a 100 foot extension with us, so make sure your outlet is within that distance which is safe and useable condition. The blower runs continuously and uses approximately 14 cents of electricity per hour. If you don’t have electricity available, we have generators available for rent too.
EQUIPMENT DAMAGE – The customer is responsible for any repairs or replacement of equipment at replacement cost. Customer will also be charged for any excessive cleaning. Customer is responsible for any lost or stolen equipment while in possession or on their property.
CANCELLATION – Customer can cancel agreement (and loose non-refundable reservation deposit) prior to our delivery truck departure. Once the rental has been delivered there are no refunds due to weather. All change of date reservations are subject to the availability of that unit.
Please note that a $25 re-schedule fee will be charged (in addition to the $25 non-refundable reservation deposit).
DELIVERY – USA Partyworks reserves the right to arrive earlier for set-ups and later for pick ups within a four (4) hour window each trip.
CASH & CARRY POLICIES
For all rentals that are picked up through our Cash & Carry, the following policies are "in addition" to the standard policies above.
PICK UPS – Please be prepared to provide a vehicle capable of carrying 200-300 lbs. We recommend a pick-up, sport utility, mini van or larger. The vehicle should be free of clutter and any sharp objects.
Rentals will be allowed to be picked up between 9:00am to 5:00pm weekdays and between 8:00am to 11:00am on weekends.
SECURITY DEPOSITS – All pick ups require a $50 - $200 security deposit that is fully refundable after the equipment is returned in the same condition that it was received. Deposit deductions will be made for any lost, stolen or damaged gear or the appearance of the use of food, beverage, gum, silly string, excessive dirt, mud, dog excrement, rocks
or garbage of any type. ALL SECURITY DEPOSITS ARE MAILED BACK IN THE FORM OF CHECK WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS OF RENTAL RETURN LESS ANY DEDUCTIONS IF NECESSARY.
CANCELLATION – No refunds once rental is picked up for any reason.
